GSR-26 Information Desks will be located in both domestic and international arrival terminals in the Ankara Esenboğa Airport. BTK’s airport shuttles will be provided to delegates who complete the form at “GSR-26: Form to Facilitate Delegate's Airport and Hotel Transfers” on the following dates:
FOR ARRIVALS: BTK’s airport shuttles will operate 10-11-12-13 May 2026 from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to designated otels for arrivals.
FOR DEPARTURES: BTK’s airport shuttles will operate 14-15-16-17 May 2026 from designated hotels to Ankara Esenboğa Airport for departures.

Havaş shuttle buses operate regular services between Esenboğa Airport and the city center. These comfortable and affordable buses run frequently and ensure delegates reach the city efficiently.
EGO bus line 442 provides affordable and comfortable transportation from Esenboğa Airport to central locations such as City Centre, Ulus, and Bus Terminal. Buses depart from the arrivals level and accept both cash and card payments.
Taxis are readily available outside the airport terminal, providing a fast and direct transfer to the city center. Fares are distance-based, and the journey usually takes 30–45 minutes.
Several national and international car rental companies operate at the airport. Renting a car is a convenient option for delegates who prefer to travel independently.
